Rohtash believed that every farmer should focus on delivering clean, nutritious, and high-quality milk. Sourced from native grass-fed cows, his initial work set the standard for what pure dairy should taste like.

The First Seed of Independency
Born as a farmer’s son in rural India, Rohtash Kumar was driven by an independent spirit. With limited resources but immense dedication, he purchased his very first cow in 1995, embarking on a lifelong journey of dairy farming.
A Vision for Pure Milk Sourcing
By 2001, Rohtash was managing a herd of 100 cows. Seeing a major shortage of fresh, unadulterated milk in local markets, he and his family resolved to bridge the gap and deliver 100% pure, healthy milk directly to consumers.
Building the Dream Facility
The family began constructing AKC Foods—a modern, hygienic dairy processing facility. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020, it only strengthened their resolve to provide safe, clean, and nutritious food to the community.
Diversification & Expansion
Ajay Kumar founded AKC Farms in honor of his father, expanding the business to pasteurized milk, pure Desi Ghee sweets, lassi, and dahi. Sourcing extra milk from trusted local farms in Haryana and Rajasthan ensured top-tier raw materials.
A Flourishing Legacy
Today, AKC Foods offers over 40 essential dairy products and traditional sweets. We support over 100 local dairy farming families and employ a passionate team of 30+ professionals, bringing pure tradition to your table.
