Customer Eligibility
In compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, individuals who are “incompetent to contract” (including un-discharged insolvents and minors under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the site or execute commercial transactions unless supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Products & Natural Characteristics Disclaimer
AKC Foods produces and retails premium, traditional food items including Pure Desi Cow Ghee (hand-churned via the Vedic Bilona method) and traditional sweets made from natural farm-fresh ingredients.
FSSAI Compliance & Natural Characteristics:
Our ghee is 100% natural and devoid of synthetic colors, artificial stabilizers, or chemical preservatives. Natural changes in granular texture (danedaar), aroma, and golden color can occur naturally depending on temperature, season, and cow feed. Such variations are natural hallmarks of authentic Bilona Ghee and do not constitute a defect.
Pricing, Currency & Invoicing
- Currency: All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
- Taxes: All listed prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian statutory law.
- Right of Revision: AKC Foods reserves the right to modify prices, packages, and promotional offers without prior notice.
Orders & Payment Settlement
When placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate delivery and contact information. Your order is confirmed once an official Order ID (e.g., AKC2026...) is issued upon successful payment.
Online Payment Terms:
Payments are securely processed through ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI applications. If your account is debited but a technical timeout occurs before reaching the confirmation screen, the debited amount is returned to your bank account automatically within standard inter-bank clearing timelines (3–5 business days).
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, product names, logos, branding, photographs, graphic designs, recipes, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of M/S AKC Foods. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, or exploited without our express prior written permission.
Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of the sale of goods or website usage shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India.
The parties irrevocably agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Sirsa, Haryana, India.
